Name that face

How many can you guess right. I thought about so many names before seing THE artwork and while being yet more money for a worthwhile cause was surprised names i came up with were missing. But thats not to deflect away from what its all about and what mark does for charity. 😎🎶🎶🎶🎶

Gunnersbury park break in

I despair and think what is society is coming to when two children break in To an animal sanctuary and cause such carnage and death as they did in Gunnersbury Park! I’d love to know what the parent’s attitude is on this? they should be ashamed and outed because it is as a direct result of their children’s upbringing that can only lead to this kind of behaviour. Shame on them.

M25 closure this weekend.

Just seen the diversionary route. The article says nobody knows what will happen. Have any correspondents thought how far out it will effect?

Grid Lock today A4, King Street, GHRoad, Chiswick Lane CHR

Hi All, It would appear that the terrible traffic congestion today may be caused by the temporary traffic light phasing at the junction of Chiswick Lane and CHR. I just wondered if anyone has any more information from Hounslow as to if the phasing will be adjusted and how long the works (whatever they are) will take. Thank you in advance

SWR anti abuse campaign

How about providing a better service and your staff might not get abused. Your trains are never on time. Ever. That's abusing the passengers but who cares about them

Plum Duff back in action

Popped in this morning to check it out. Similar offering to before with cake, pies and pastry. They had sold out of loaves so can't comment on them but they are baking on the premises. Coffee was better than before but prices are up quite a bit generally. Nice bunch of young people running it and the interior has been spruced up.

Shoplifting in Chiswick

There’s clearly a big problem on Chiswick High Road - hence the ‘shoplifters not welcome’ sign in the windows.Apparently shop owners know who the cretins are - inc 4 youth on electric bikes - but they cannot be ‘identified’ for politically correct reasons. Furthermore, police are apparently reluctant to arrest them as the process is just so time consuming and rarely leads to a custodial punishment.Seems a ridiculous situation - as if retailers need any more challenges!

Streatham LTN scrapped

Good to see that within 24 hours of scrapping the LTN Streatham returns to normal better flowing traffic. Shame for those few who thought they’d got a private estate by stealth on the tax payer but a result for the majority rest.
