Does anyone know why the Catholic church in Chiswick, Our Lady of Grace & St Edward, is not included in ChiswickW4 Faith in Places of Worship in Chiswick Services Directory?The Directory includes many churches in Chiswick, with a few words promoting their services; a gentle indication of their intentions. But St Michaels Elmwood Road state: "Identify at least one best-practice leadership strategy from the literature that you believe would improve an interdisciplinary team’s ability to achieve its goals. Include the source and rationale for your choice of strategy.Change is often a necessary bha fpx 4008 assessment 2 financial statement analysis of any organization. Found kitten - Heathfield Gardens

Hello,At around 15:40 hours this afternoon (16/01/24) I found a very scared little kitten running along the pavement around Heathfield Gardens. I knocked on a few doors along the road to see if it belonged to anyone, but no one seemed to know who it belonged to unfortunately.So, if you have returned home and discovered that your kitten has re-enacted the Great Escape, or know someone that has lost a kitten in the neighbourhood, I have taken it to Wolfe’s Vets on Chiswick High Road who will look after it until its rightful owner can hopefully be found. Meowing cat

Hi - has anyone got a lost or wandering cat in the South Parade area? For the last 36 hours me and the neighbours have been visited by a very vocal, friendly and pretty tabby cat. They are meowing loudly while sitting in the garden. They seem very healthy but did scoff down some wet cat food when offered.

If you are having building work done at home

I have heard of 2 cases recently where people were having substantial building work done. An insured risk event occurred and the insurers declined to pay because the homeowner hadn't notified them about the work. The requirement to notify them is a standard clause in all building policies I have seen so make sure you do. The consequences of not doing so can be horrific.

Homeless folk in freezing temperatures - we must do more

I noticed that the gentleman who used to shelter at the Catholic Centre social club on Dukes Ave is now seemingly sleeping rough at the bus stop. In this weather, we should not sit by and see people suffer like this. Can’t the Catholic Church open its doors and provide a roof over his head whilst conditions are so harsh? If not, what can the council do? Happy to have my taxes spent on helping folk like this rather than the various woke initiatives that attract big budgets these days!

Hounslow Council Online Complaint Form

Does anyone know how it works? I entered all the details they asked for but nowhere was there anywhere for details of the complaint itself.  It then said to press SUBMIT. I checked it all twice. The next I knew they said they'd contact me within 10 days. Have I got to wait up to 10 days before they ask me for details of my complaint?

Thank you- secret parcel deliverer!

Thank you to the person who found a parcel on duke's road and took the trouble to put in a plastic bag, leave a note and put in our garden.  (which wasn't that close) There was no name- so hard to thank!  Who ever it was- thanks so much.  I  am very pleased to have it...been wondering where it was!  So nice when you know there are good samaritans out there.

Sainsbury's Free From Aisle

For anyone who needs to cater for family members with food intolerances, you might find it useful to know that Sainsbury's have upgraded their Free From selection. It used to be very poor and I had to go to Morrisons in Acton to get most items but now the choice is excellent.

"New" cycle route PCN 15

Having looked at the route as outlined on the front page I am at a loss to see what exactly is new about this route. It is one that I have cycled along for decades when out and about.Anyway I have no particular issue with it other than I sincerely hope it's not festooned with lots of utterly unnecessary signs in the same way the lit route from Chiswick Mall to Barnes Bridge is.

Missing cat around Spelhurst Road/Brookfield Road

We're missing a cat from a residence on Speldhurst Road since yesterday evening. She is a rather thin 18-year old tabby with a white underbelly. She weighs about 4.5 kilos and is particularly fond of drinking water from taps. She responds to the name Kitty. She was last seen around 9am on Saturday morning on Brookfield Road. TfL publishes Response to Issues Raised Report

For Cycleway 9.It answers all the wide-ranging questions about the cycle lane from bus stop bypasses, danger to motor vehicles, diverted traffic, bus journey times, the destruction of Chiswick and the heralding of armageddon.TLDR - the cycle lane is doing exactly what it is intended to do without causing anything for anybody who doesn't like cycling to have genuine cause to complain about. And that draws a line under it . Now we can look forward to further improvements to continue to make our area better for cyclists. According to a sub post master who has suffered and spent 2 years in prison his local Mp Sir Ed Davey ignored him 3 times. Ed not in the Commons for PMQs and he saysNothing to do with me "I was lied to " Lib Dems website is all about this post office scandal I think Ed Davey needs to order that removal truck back for which I think he arrived in as he's been missing since becoming leader Hold on,not me,missing again.Do we have an election coming I've a bunch it's going to get worse for Ed over the coming weeks
