Sue and staff are ever-patient, ever-calm, ever-caring. Randomly, was saying to my husband during lunch today how Sue/ Busby's is one of the best services in Grove Park. Truly, hers is the best pharmacy for us in the local area since we sometimes go to the high road or Kew when we are there anyway. But nothing else has compared to how she and staff remember details about their patients/ customers. I was once there while a vunerable customer had what I assume was their emotional support dog with them and the dog made a massive #2 on the floor unfortunately. Her staff promptly went to clean it up, apologised to other customers but were also supportive of the woman who'd brought her dog inside, not shaming her or making her feel in the wrong. Extremely professional.
