Well flogging off yet another national asset was never a bright idea in the first place was it? And when you think of the appalling and unregulated so-called 'service' of the companies who deliver parcels as well, it really seems so wrong to hold Royal Mail and the Post Office to high standards for delivery times, when it's like the Wild West for all the other firms with no comeback. Privatisation never works in the interests of the customer, just add this to the list along with water, gas, electricity suppliers.
